833 Vitex Agnus Castus comes from the fruit of the monk's pepper plant. The extract helps to support a healthy menstrual cycle and alleviate menstrual discomfort. It also supports hormonal balance during menopause and helps with menopausal symptoms. Vitex Agnus Castus provides the most standardized extract of monk’s pepper, with 0.5% agnuside and 0.6% aucubin.

Note: Food supplements should not replace a balanced and varied diet.

• Standardized extract of the berry with 0.5% agnuside and 0.6% aucubin 400 mg
  Monk's pepper extract, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegacaps), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).

Recommended daily dose:
1-2 capsule(s) per day
