Recommended Daily Dose:
Take 2 capsules per day with plenty of water during meals.
Storage and Usage Tips:

Maximum 2 capsules per day. The daily consumption of monacolin from red yeast rice should be less than 3 mg. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years, or adults over 70 years.
