VITAMIN A
Vitamin A (retinol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that the body cannot make. It is offered in its natural form, from cod liver oil and halibut liver oil.
Each soft capsule (porcine gelatin) provides 1,200 µg of vitamin A (4,000 IU), with no preservative or colouring. Contains fish: not suitable for vegetarians.
Authorised health claims (Regulation (EU) No 432/2012): vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal skin and normal mucous membranes, and to normal iron metabolism.
Note: food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Recommended daily dose:
