Recommended Daily Dose:
Take 3x10 capsules per day with a little water during meals. It is recommended to gradually increase the dose based on the following schedule:
Week 1: 3x3 per day
Week 2: 3x5 per day
Week 3: 3x7 per day
Then 3x10 per day.
