MAGNESIUM TAURATE
Magnesium is an essential mineral, provided here as magnesium taurate: a form that combines magnesium with taurine, a sulphur-containing amino acid naturally present in the body. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to normal psychological function.
ELEMENTS has opted for a clean, minimalist formula: magnesium taurate with no added excipient, in a 100% plant-based pullulan capsule (E1204). GMO-free, gluten-free, lactose-free and yeast-free.
