MAGNÉSIUM CITRATE

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in a great many reactions in the body. ELEMENTS offers it as citrate, a water-soluble organic salt, providing 210 mg of elemental magnesium per capsule.

A clean formula with no additive or anti-caking agent: magnesium citrate is simply encapsulated in a plant-based pullulan capsule (E1204). GMO-free, gluten-free, lactose-free and yeast-free, this supplement is suitable for vegans.

Authorised health claims (Regulation (EU) No 432/2012): magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones.
