Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in a great many reactions in the body. ELEMENTS offers it as magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide, in a plant-based pullulan capsule (E1204): 120mg of elemental magnesium per capsule.

Authorised health claims (Regulation (EU) No 432/2012): magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones.
