L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid; the body cannot produce it on its own and must rely on diet to obtain an adequate amount.

Ingredients for 2 tablets : 

L-tryptophan 1000mg

Vitamin B3 3.2mg

Vitamin B6 0.28mg

• Fillers (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate)

• Stabilizer (Polyvinylpyrrolidone)

• Anti-caking agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide)

Recommended Daily Dose:

Take 1 tablet around 4:00 PM and 1 tablet before bedtime with a glass of water.

Storage and Usage Tips:

• Store in a dry, dark, and cool place (< 25°C).

• Keep out of reach of young children.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• The use of L-tryptophan is contraindicated with MAO inhibitors.

• Children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women should consult their pharmacist before taking this product.

• Inform your healthcare provider if you are taking medications simultaneously.

• Do not use for extended periods without the advice of an expert.
