Recommended daily dose:
a) Vitamin C powder → take 3 to 5 grams of magnesium ascorbate with a small amount of water; the small spoon included in the box contains 1 gram. This will relieve symptoms for a few hours, but when they recur, repeat as soon as flu-like symptoms or sore throat appear.
Excessive intake may cause intestinal bloating or loose stools, indicating a need to reduce the dosage.
b) 1 capsule of each product 3 times a day with a meal
