Recommended Daily Dose:
a) Vitamin C powder: Take 3 to 5 grams of magnesium ascorbate with a small amount of water; the small spoon included contains 1 gram. This will relieve symptoms for a few hours, but if symptoms return, repeat as soon as flu-like symptoms or sore throat reappear. Overuse may cause intestinal bloating or loose stools, indicating the need to reduce dosage.
