Recommended Daily Dose:
At early signs of infection (flu symptoms, sore throat, stuffy nose, fever, cough):
a) Vitamin C powder → Take 3 to 5 grams of magnesium ascorbate with a small amount of water (the small spoon in the box contains 1 gram). This will relieve symptoms for a few hours, but when they return, repeat as soon as flu symptoms or sore throat reappear.
Excessive intake may cause intestinal bloating or loose stools, indicating the need to reduce dosage.
b) Take 1 capsule of each product 3 times a day with a meal for 5 to 10 days.
