Glutamine, or L-glutamine, is the most abundant amino acid in the body. It plays a major role in protein synthesis, immune protection, maintaining the integrity of the intestinal barrier, and the body’s acid–base balance. It is also used in the production of endogenous glucosamine, which in turn contributes to the repair of cartilage and tendons.

Recommended daily dose:
Take 1 to 3 teaspoons per day for a minimum of 1 month. Pour the teaspoons into a shaker containing 250 ml of water and shake vigorously before consuming. Repeat if necessary.
