Psyllium seed husks are rich in mucilages that, when mixed with water, form a thick gel in the colon that is not absorbed by the body. These husks can absorb up to sixty times their volume in water, increasing the volume of the gel, which in turn increases the mass, moisture level, and acidity of the fecal bulk. Laboratoires Fenioux offers Fibro-Mucilage®, a dietary supplement based on psyllium husk powder that supports intestinal transit and helps maintain healthy bowel function.

Psyllium husk powder: 7.31 g
Psyllium husks (Plantago ovata), fructose, orange juice powder, thickener: guar gum, grapefruit flavor.
Recommended Daily Dose:
2 sachets per day with water for 10 days, then 1 sachet per day for 20 days.
