IRON & VITAMIN C
Iron, here as iron bisglycinate (bound to two glycine molecules), contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
ELEMENTS has opted for a clean, minimalist formula: iron, vitamin C and nettle leaf, in a plant-based pullulan capsule (E1204).
