Ester C is a natural form of vitamin C that the body recognizes and absorbs well. This form of vitamin C remains active in the body for an extended period. Vitamin C supports the immune system and, along with other important substances such as vitamin D, ensures good resistance. Additionally, vitamin C is important for blood vessels, maintaining strong bones and teeth, and for healthy skin. As an antioxidant, vitamin C helps protect the body from external influences such as pollution and sunlight. Vitamin C is also essential for the absorption of iron.
