ENZYME DIGEST FORT

To properly digest all the different types of foods consumed, the body needs sufficient digestive enzymes, which are essential for the breakdown and assimilation of nutrients. Enzyme Digest Fort is an enzyme complex formulated to promote nutrient absorption and improve digestion. It contains a full spectrum of enzymes, all of 100% plant-based origin, to allow complete digestion of all food groups. Lactase, amylase, protease, lipase, and hemicellulase are enzymes naturally found in saliva, the pancreas, or the intestines. They break down complex foods into simple nutrients essential to the body that pass through cell membranes.

• Amylases break down long-chain carbohydrates (such as starch) into smaller units.

• Pancreatic lipase transforms lipids into fatty acids.

• Pancreatic proteases break down proteins into amino acids.
