PHYSIOMANCE® D-Nat 1000 is a dietary supplement formulated with natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)—the biologically active precursor form of vitamin D in the body. Commonly known as the "sunshine vitamin", it is naturally synthesized in the skin under UVB exposure.

However, due to limited sunlight—especially in winter or in heavily polluted urban areas where UVB rays have difficulty penetrating the atmosphere—30 to 60% of Europeans are deficient in vitamin D, and the rate exceeds 60% among women and the elderly.

This natural cholecalciferol (D3) form mimics the one produced by the skin under UVB rays. It is liposoluble, allowing it to be efficiently stored and maintain stable levels in the blood.

The D3 used in PHYSIOMANCE® D-Nat 1000 is produced from lanolin, or “wool wax,” by exposing it to UVB radiation that mimics solar rays. This photo-conversion process is similar to what happens in human skin, yielding high-purity crystals of vitamin D3, free of lanolin residues.
