Food supplement from turmeric root.
Turmeric – The root is also known as curcuma due to its intense yellow color. It is a perennial plant in the Indian ginger family. Native to Southeast Asia, Vietnam, Southern India, and Java, turmeric has been used for about 5,000 years. The yellow-flowering plant grows up to 1 meter high and has strong rhizomes. The root is widely used in cooking as a spice or ingredient.

Note: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Ingredients:
For 1 capsule:

• 400 mg Organic Turmeric Powder

• 100 mg Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell)

Free from lactose, GMOs, artificial flavorings, soy, gluten, and gelatin.

Recommended Daily Dose:
1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably taken with sufficient water, 30 minutes before meals.
