Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Cal-Mag 40/80 provides twice as much magnesium as calcium, both as malates, in a plant-based pullulan capsule (E1204).
