First of all, what is fisetin?

Fisetin is a flavonoid. Flavonoids are chemical compounds responsible for the colors of fruits and vegetables. Small amounts of fisetin can be found, for example, in strawberries, apples, and onions.

It offers many potential health benefits, particularly related to cellular aging and brain support. However, even though we all enjoy sweet strawberries, you would need to consume very large quantities every day for your body to truly benefit from fisetin.

Bio-Fisetin makes it easier to obtain an optimal amount of fisetin.

Fisetin on its own is rapidly broken down into various metabolites by enzymes in the digestive system.

Bio-Fisetin combines fisetin with galactomannan compounds derived from fenugreek seeds. This helps protect fisetin during digestion. Bio-Fisetin is up to 25 times more bioavailable than standard fisetin supplements, meaning it remains active longer and works more effectively in your body.

Fisetin and cellular longevity
