Betaine HCl and Pepsin

Betaine HCl and pepsin are gastric-type components essential for the digestion of food and the absorption of most nutrients. Specifically, betaine HCl is necessary for the proper absorption of proteins, calcium, vitamin B12, and iron.

Note: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Ingredients:

For 1 capsule:

• Betaine HCl: 520 mg

• Pure pepsin (porcine-derived) (1:10,000, lactose-free): 21 mg

Other ingredients: Pepsin, ascorbyl palmitate, hypoallergenic plant fiber (microcrystalline cellulose).
Vegetarian capsule: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose

Recommended Daily Dosage:

1 capsule per day with meals
