Berberine is a natural alkaloid produced by certain plants, such as Berberis aristata. It has long been used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. Numerous recent studies highlight berberine’s effectiveness in various areas, primarily in regulating dyslipidemia and blood sugar disorders. Several recent clinical intervention studies have shown the benefits of berberine supplementation in cases of metabolic syndrome, dyslipidemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and type 2 diabetes.
It is also worth noting that berberine is used for its antifungal properties.

Berberis aristata DC. extract – 526.0 mg
of which berberine – 500.0 mg
Root extract of Berberis aristata DC. standardized to berberine, bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: fatty acids, coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, and stearic acid.
1 capsule per day for at least 1 month, taken with main meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Store in a dry, dark, and cool place (< 4°C).
