B12 FOLATE
Vitamin B12 and folate are functionally interconnected.
They help convert carbohydrates into energy and are vital for fat and protein metabolism. They play an important role in the functioning of the nervous and immune systems, as well as in blood formation. They also contribute to healthy homocysteine metabolism.
Folic acid is essential for healthy fetal neural development.
The B12 in this formula is provided in the form of methylcobalamin, the most bioavailable form of this vitamin.

Note: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Ingredients:
For 1 capsule:

• Methylcobalamin (B12): 800µg 

• Folate (as Metafolin®, L-5-MTHF): 800µg 
  Other ingredients: Ascorbyl palmitate, hypoallergenic plant fiber (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)

Recommended Daily Dose:
1 capsule per day during a meal
