OMEGA COMPLEX contains EPA and DHA, the two main Omega-3 fatty acids, in an ideal ratio of 3.5/1.5. It also contains borage oil, which is rich in Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), the main Omega-6 fatty acid, as well as significant levels of di-Homo-gamma linolenic acid (= Omega-6 fatty acid), Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B6, Biotin, and Vitamin E as an antioxidant.
